Grievances, Complaints, Appeals Procedure
During your time studying with Daniels Associates, you might have a concern about your course, your teachers, other staff or Daniels Associates policies and procedures.
We encourage you to contact our RTO Manager if you want to make a complaint or a suggestion.
If you do have a complaint, we recommend you talk to someone as soon as the situation arises. This way, it won’t escalate unnecessarily into a bigger problem. Most concerns can be solved by talking to a staff member because they know your situation and can respond to your concerns promptly.
Our enrolment and pre-enrolment processes seek personal information for the sole purpose of enrolling trainees/students in our courses.
The Australian federal government, and some state governments offer funding for you to complete your training and gain an accredited qualification.
