I am writing in relation to the Certificate 2 and 3 in Asset Maintenance course through Daniels Associates. I wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with the practical workshops Col has conducted. Col's teaching technique was in depth and he always made sure we understood each module before going onto the next. With his vast knowledge and experience in the field of carpet cleaning he is able to answer any and every question we had.

The theory side to the course has been just as enjoyable; I especially enjoyed the section on PH levels, testing all types of materials from food to detergents to gain a better understanding of how different PH levels effects cleaning abilities.

Having been out of school for many years the thought of "studying" again wasn't too appealing. However, I found myself enjoying it.

Having previously completed courses in carpet cleaning and water damage/ flood restoration, I was pleasantly surprised with the difference in teaching methods and feel you are to be commended by comparison. Congratulations on such a well structured knowledge-rich course. We are looking forward to working with you in the future.
