The theory side to the course has been just as enjoyable; I especially enjoyed the section on PH levels, testing all types of materials from food to detergents to gain a better understanding of how different PH levels effects cleaning abilities. Having been out of school for many years the thought of "studying" again wasn't too appealing. However, I found myself enjoying it.
