ServicePRO by Temisoft was launched in 1997 as a state of the art computer scheduling software system for the Service Industry. Since that time Temisoft has continued to improve, update and keep up with the needs of their customers.

ServicePRO is a service management software system with almost 7 years of development history and around 200+ users in Australia and SE Asia.

From Scheduling, Allocation, Despatch, Accounts Receivable, Report Designer, Report Writer and Barcoding, no other Software System has the rich functionality and user-friendly interface of ServicePRO.

ServicePRO Scheduler

ServicePRO schedules jobs on a daily, monthly and yearly basis, tracks inspections, balances the workload between technicians, keeps track of customers, invoicing, payments and so much more.

ServcePRO schedule screens will allow you to view your technician’s schedule by area or by skill level. By simply dragging the mouse over a time slot, you will be able to make a booking for a particular date/time for a particular technician. You will also be able to view the productivity for your technicians at a glance, which include the number of jobs for the day, total work hours, total value of the jobs and the productivity per hour for each technician.

Reporting: ServicePRO reporting facilities lets you analyse, manage and process information about your business so you can improve productivity, profitability and customer service. Everything from daily transaction reports, sub-contractor reports, unpaid jobs reports, treatments, follow-ups etc can be generated.

Sales Analysis: ServicePRO comes with very detailed analysis tools. From standard sales analysis by category, product and services, monthly sales analysis, technician sales analysis, sales rep analysis, analysis of treatments and follow-ups, sales by market sector etc.

Service Contracts: ServicePRO comes with a Service Contract module that will help you manage every contract, define your customers, including property details and the frequency of the service.

Reminders & Letters: ServicePRO allows you send reminders to your clients regarding their annual maintenance and warranty.

Interface to other Systems: ServicePRO can interface with third party accounting and manufacturing software. ServicePRO will export invoicing information in ASCII format to a file where you can then load it into your accounting or other software.

Converting your existing data to ServicePRO: Over the last few years, we have converted a lot of customers from their legacy DOS based systems, Windows systems or UNIX systems to ServicePRO.

As with every aspect of ServicePRO, entering and obtaining information about work schedules is easy. Once the jobs are entered, the Job Allocation allows you to print a technician’s job sheet showing the customer details, inspection or treatment details, special instructions and a map reference number. It will even help you plan each technician’s journey for day, saving you time and fuel and maximizing the number of customers you can efficiently serve in one day.

ServcePRO /PLUS Schedule screens will allow you to view your technician’s schedule by area or by skill level. Whilst booking the time, other operators will see the time slot as reserved and will not be able to take the same time slot, hence they will be warned of double-booking. Service Contracts

ServicePRO comes with a Service Contract module that will help you manage it. With every contract, you define your customer, property details, the frequency of the Service, monthly weekly or you can specify your own number of days and define the type of service you will be doing. From then on, the contract module will generate the jobs that are due by a certain day. All the jobs generated will appear on your job allocation. So, you will not miss a customer service.

There are also Contract Reports available in the system. Some of them are Contract Expiry Reports, Contract Portfolio Report and Next Jobs Report amongst some of them.

Reminders & Letters

Sending helpful reminders to your clients is another way of letting your clients know that their warranty is about to expire, their annual maintenance is due or even their contract is due to expire.

Most businesses generate a vast majority of their revenue from repeat business. Customer Service leads to customer satisfaction, which in turn leads to long term viability – the basis for all future growth.

Sub-Contractor Management

ServicePRO/PLUS allows you to define technicians as sub-contractors. You can also define a percentage rate for the sub-contractor. You will then be able to generate a report for all the activity by date range to determine the commission payable.

Banking, Invoices and Statements

ServicePRO/PLUS includes a Bank Deposit Slip. As you enter the receipts for every job and invoice, the system keeps track of every receipt that is not printed on a Bank Deposit Slip. When you are ready to do the Banking, simply ask for the Bank Deposit Slip. It will print out all the receipts since you last printed one.

An End Of Month feature lets you manage all your activities, including Invoicing, Statements and Debtors Reports. You also have the ability to export the outstanding debtors information should you wish to Mail Merge it with a letter.

Converting your existing data to ServicePRO

Over the last few years, we have converted a lot of customers from their legacy DOS based systems, Windows systems or UNIX systems to ServicePRO. We currently have over a dozen tools to convert the data from a lot of systems to ServicePRO including loading customer data from MYOB to ServicePRO. ServicePro Report Designer

ServicePRO Report Designer™ allows you to truly design your own reports into logical sections, questions and answers for uploading to a Pocket PC. ServicePRO integrates directly into both Microsoft Word and Excel.

The Report Designer makes the task of designing complex reports very easy.
Once the report is designed in ServicePRO, it can be directly download to a Pocket PC for automated inspections and service reports.

ServicePRO Report Designer features include:

  • Add Points, Weights and other algorithm to questions
  • Once you have a score, then you can create business rules to activate or deactivate answers depending on the score

With ServicePRO you can design reports for quotes, pre-inspections, service and quality reports. By being in charge of your report, you can add to your report, change and remove from your report at any time without expensive programming costs.Once the technician or sales person has completed a report or prepared quote on a hand-held computer in the field and returned to the office, they download the information to the ServicePRO database, all customer and job details are updated automatically.

ServicePRO Barcoder

The ServicePRO barcoder integrates directly into the ServicePRO report designer and allows you to track specific pieces of equipment or specific service requirements and link these directly to the service report.ServicePRO Barcoder™ will help you manage and improve the complex operational issues of using, maintaining and tracking complex service activities.

ServicePRO Barcoder will let you know the location of specific equipment, when it was last serviced, repaired or replaced.

ServicePRO Barcoder™ will allow you to configure a customer site by defining areas, equipment types, and the serial number of each piece of equipment.

When the job is complete, the technician can ask the customer to sign on the screen of the Pocket PC to acknowledge completion of the job.
