Customer Maintenance
Enter detailed customer information.
Enter the customers surname in the Search Key box to assist when searching for customers in the Job Entry Module.
The property tab allows for the entry of multiple properties for each customer.
Job Entry
Find Cust: Search function for finding customers.
Find Job: Search function for finding jobs.
Add: Used to book new jobs.
Select the Item Code for the customer. Description details and the Job Price will automatically appear.
Enter the Date & Time for the job
Enter any specific instructions for the job.
The instructions will be printed on the Job Sheet.
Job Schedule
Jobs that have been booked can be reviewed in the Schedule screen. Jobs are allocated a time slot on the booking Schedule.
Select the date of the booking using the calendar and click the Refresh button to view that days job bookings.
Job Allocation
The Job Allocation Screen allows you to search for jobs in the system, export data for sending follow-up letters and exporting data to a Hand Held PC.
Jobs can be searched by Date Ranges, Item Codes (Job Types), by Job Status or by Technician.
Reports
Reports for Job Transactions, Customer Transactions and Statement Reports are printed by selecting the appropriate report and selecting the date range for the appropriate report.
Job Transactions Report: Details on each job in the system; including, job status, dates of job, customer name and address, invoice value of job.
Customer Transaction Report: Report on jobs in system and statements by job on outstanding monies owing. Reports can be printed by search by either job number or by job date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does EZYSchedule run in multi-user mode?
Temisoft does not recommend using EZYSchedule for small business in multi-user environments. That is not to say that it does not work. EZYSchedule for small business is designed primarily for single user environments. We recommend the purchase of ServicePRO for larger business that require multi-user database management.
Are there upgrades planned for EZYSchedule small business?
EZYSchedule will be upgraded on a regular basis to improve and add to the functionality of the system. If you have a recommendation for improvement, please let us know.
What Database does EZYSchedule for small business use?
EZYSchedule uses the popular and reliable Microsoft Access Database. The programming is not done in Access, but Microsoft Visual Sudio.NET.
Will EZYReports™ include standard reports?
Can I upgrade from EZYSchedule for small business to ServicePRO?
Yes. All your customer information, job history, invoicing etc will come across. And we will even trade-in the purchase value of EzySchedule.
