ServicePRO makes your business more efficient by the way it
turns information about your operation into useful tools. By
scheduling your jobs, you keep track of job bookings for the
day, week, month or even the year. Scheduling jobs, tracking
inspections and treatments, balancing the workload between
technicians, keeping track of customers, invoicing, payments
and so much more needs to be managed efficiently to keep the
business moving ahead.
As with every aspect of ServicePRO, entering and obtaining
information about work schedules is easy. Once the jobs are
entered, the Job Allocation allows you to print a technician's
job sheet showing the customer details, inspection or treatment
details, special instructions and a map reference number.
It will even help you plan each technician's journey for
day, saving you time and fuel and maximizing the number of
customers you can efficiently serve in one day.

| ServcePRO /PLUS Schedule
screens will allow you to view your technician's schedule by area
or by skill level. By simply dragging the mouse over a time slot,
you will be able to make a booking for a particular date/time for
a particular technician. Whilst booking the time, other operators
will see the time slot as reserved and will not be able to take
the same time slot, hence they will be warned of double-booking.
You will also be able to view the productivity for your technicians
at a glance, which include the number of jobs for the day, total
work hours, total value of the jobs and the productivity per hour
for each technician. |

Service Contracts
ServicePRO comes with a Service Contract module that will help
you manage it. With every contract, you define your customer,
property details, the frequency of the Service, monthly weekly
or you can specify your own number of days and define the type
of service you will be doing. From then on, the contract module
will generate the jobs that are due by a certain day. All the
jobs generated will appear on your job allocation. So, you will
not miss a customer service.
There are also Contract Reports available in the system. Some of
them are Contract Expiry Reports, Contract Portfolio Report and
Next Jobs Report amongst some of them.
Reminders & Letters
Sending helpful reminders to your clients is another way of letting
your clients know that their warranty is about to expire, their
annual maintenance is due or even their contract is due to expire.
Most businesses generate a vast majority of their revenue from
repeat business. Customer Service leads to customer satisfaction,
which in turn leads to long term viability - the basis for all
future growth.
Sub-Contractor Management
ServicePRO/PLUS allows you to define technicians as sub-contractors.
You can also define a percentage rate for the sub-contractor. You
will then be able to generate a report for all the activity by
date range to determine the commission payable.
Banking, Invoices and Statements
ServicePRO/PLUS includes a Bank Deposit Slip. As you enter the
receipts for every job and invoice, the system keeps track of every
receipt that is not printed on a Bank Deposit Slip. When you are
ready to do the Banking, simply ask for the Bank Deposit Slip.
It will print out all the receipts since you last printed one.
An End Of Month feature lets you manage all your activities, including
Invoicing, Statements and Debtors Reports. You also have the ability
to export the outstanding debtors information should you wish to
Mail Merge it with a letter.
Reporting
ServicePRO reporting facilities lets you analyse, manage and process
information about your business so you can improve productivity,
profitability and customer service. Everything from daily transaction
reports, sub-contractor reports, unpaid jobs reports, treatments,
follow-ups etc can be generated.
Sales Analysis
ServicePRO comes with very details analysis tools. From standard
sales analysis by category, product and services, monthly sales
analysis, technician sales analysis, sales rep analysis, analysis
of treatments and follow-ups, sales by market sector etc. All sales
data can then be directly exported to Microsoft Excel and presented
with graphs.
Interface to other Systems
Currently ServicePRO can interface with a lot of third party accounting
and manufacturing software. ServicePRO will export invoicing information
in ASCII format to a file where you can then load it into your
accounting or other software.
Converting your existing data to ServicePRO
Over the last few years, we have converted a lot of customers from
their legacy DOS based systems, Windows systems or UNIX systems
to ServicePRO. We currently have over a dozen tools to convert
the data from a lot of systems to ServicePRO including loading
customer data from MYOB to ServicePRO. If you wish to find out
